CRA Reports and Budgets
The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is committed to transparency and accountability. Each year, we publish detailed budget and reporting information so the public can see how redevelopment funds are invested in local projects and community improvements.
As required by Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes, the CRA prepares and publishes an Annual Financial Report each year by March 31st, covering the fiscal year from October 1 through September 30. The report is submitted to the City’s governing body and made available for public review. It can also be accessed through the Florida Department of Financial Services website at Local Government Financial Reporting - XBRL.

CRA Budget
The City of Pensacola Fiscal Year runs from October 1st through September 30th each year. CRA financial documents are part of the city’s overall budget and can be accessed through the City’s Financial Services Department webpage.
Budget Funds Include:
- Community Redevelopment Agency Fund
- Urban Core Redevelopment Trust Fund
- Eastside TIF District Fund
- Westside TIF District Fund
- CRA Debt Service Fund
These funds support redevelopment projects within each individual CRA-designated area within the city. All Community Redevelopment Agency budget documents are available on the City of Pensacola's Financial Services Department webpage.
Revenue Information
A list of all taxes, fees, assessments, or charged imposed or collected to include rates or amounts for the current fiscal year.
The statutory authority for the levy of the tax, fee assessment, or change.

Annual Financial Reports
Each year, the CRA’s finances are independently audited and published to the City of Pensacola website. The CRA audit should be read in conjunction with the City of Pensacola Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).

The CRA is a dependent special district. In accordance with Section 189.0695, Florida Statutes, the CRA has established goals and objectives for each program and activity undertaken by the CRA (all districts) as well as performance measures and standards to determine if the goals and objectives are being achieved. The CRA will publish an interim annual report by December 1, 2025, and each year thereafter describing the goals and standards achieved by each district and the performance measures and standards used to make the determination, as well as any goals and objectives each district did not achieve.
