Port of Pensacola

The Port of Pensacola, strategically positioned along the northern Gulf of Mexico, is NW Florida’s most diverse and business focused deep-water port. Port Pensacola is a full-service port offering stevedore and marine terminal services for all descriptions of bulk, break-bulk, unitized freight, and special project cargo. Additionally, offshore vessel Marine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services are also delivered by Port tenants and business partners.

A 55+ acre industrial facility, the port has covered warehouses, laydown and working areas, and other logistics facilities for short term operations or long-term lease.

Pensacola International Airport

Pensacola International Airport is located approximately three miles northeast of the central business district of the City of Pensacola and offers numerous non-stop flights daily. At an elevation of 121′, Pensacola International Airport consist of commercial and private air service as well as aeronautical and cargo businesses sitting on over 1400 acres of land.

Rail

Florida Gulf & Atlantic Railroad runs parallel to I-10 and offers connections to Class I Rail CSX and Norfolk Southern, as well as several shortline railroads. This extensive railway network connects the region to every major population center in 23 states east of the Mississippi River and Canadian Provinces, Quebec and Ontario.

Highway Connections

Interstate 10 runs through Pensacola and spans 2,460 miles across the entire southern United States, from Los Angeles to Jacksonville. North/South access via I-65, I-75, and four-lane highways, allow for quick access to destinations in anywhere in the southeast.

Gulf Intracoastal Waterway

A navigable inland waterway running approximately 1,300 miles from Saint Marks, Florida, to Brownsville, Texas. The waterway provides a channel with a controlling depth of 12 ft, designed primarily for barge transportation.
